Wine 101 is a user-friendly course designed for the beginning wine drinker. Starting with basic tasting technique, the course centers on a varietal approach, which illustrates the differences among the same types of wine grown around the world. Each week includes a topic of basic consumer interest, such as storage, wine and food pairing, or how to order wine in a restaurant.
