Cellars of Obscurity
The original idea behind this course was to focus on grape varieties not widely available in the marketplace. Since then, the concept has expanded to include some of the world's classic wine grapes, such as Riesling and Grenache, which are either ignored or under-appreciated by many American consumers.
Cellars of Obscurity is a fascinating course which will please and delight students, while enchancing their knowledge of wine far beyond Chardonnay, Cabernet and Merlot.
