A wine course is a fabulous amenity to offer to your customers or members. It is fun, educational, and allows people to bond with others who have common interests.

If you are a private club, a wine course is an experience not readily available in the world outside your community, and will set your club apart as a source of superior lifestyle entertainment. The wine course keeps the members more centered on clubhouse life, and will inspire enhanced wine sales in the dining room.

If you are a restaurant, a wine course is an excellent way to attract new customers and keep existing ones coming back. It will help establish the image of your restaurant as  a wine destination.

With the exception of the Single-Evening Seminars, wine courses are eight weeks in length. A course can easily be customized to fit the interests of your customers or members. Click on the topics at the top of the page for examples of some of our most successful courses.

"I thought I knew a lot about which wines I liked to drink and why, but after completing wine classes with Mark Spivak, I was amazed at how much my ideas had changed. Not only did I better understand my own palate, but I also moved from enjoying New World wines to appreciating those from the Old World. Mark's depth of knowledge, his methods of teaching, and his presentation of information encouraged me to evaluate wine on a level I never knew existed."
